Z10 - 1155 Shine

Welcome to your Lake Barkley retreat — a spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront home built for large families and groups. With a private dock, two full kitchens, and two living rooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still gathering together.

This three-level home places the main living space on the top floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, half bath, and a master suite with access to the covered back deck overlooking the lake. Downstairs, a second full kitchen and living area make the home ideal for multiple families or generations traveling together.

Outside is where the lake takes center stage. Dock your boat right at the private dock, then spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or swimming. When it's time to relax, settle in on the covered deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating, fire up the grill for dinner, or head down to the lower patio for cornhole and ping pong.

Whether you're planning lazy lake days, fishing trips, or evenings spent watching the sunset, this home was designed for making memories.
