• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: As you leave, kindly dispose of all trash and food in the provided cans only.
• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Only thing we would have liked better was if there was a TV in the living room upstairs for everyone to enjoy. A hot tub on one of the decks outside would have been awesome too. The view is awesome on the back decks! The jet tub was nice, but when you have a lot of people a hot tub would be better.
