The paint on the walls is banged up. 3. The kitchen isn't equipped as much as you'd expect. Great Airbnbs give you olive oil to cook breakfast, etc. This one gives nothing so we spent money on things that should be found in every kitchen. 4. No soaps or shampoos or conditioners in any bathrooms. The showers are basically empty. It's not a hotel experience. 5. The decor is tired. Our friends stayed at a different Airbnb a block away it was a luxury mansion by comparison. We had two townhouses side by side and both of them had the same issues 

When we asked for a 1 hour late checkout, they wanted to charge an extra $50 for 11am. When we were checking in, they told us we can't drop off luggage until 4pm even though reservation says 3pm. All that sucks. If you want a luxury experience, this won't be it. Disappointed for good reasons." (6/5)
