Features Description:
• Age: All guests must be 21 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please do not leave trash or food outside the cabin, as local wildlife may rummage through it. Bear-proof trash containers are provided in the driveway and should be kept against the house or the fence.
• Pets: If you are bringing a pet,  $200 fee per pet. We welcome your pups! We just ask that you please keep them off of all furniture (couches, beds, etc.). Excess hair/fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Secondly, cleanliness was a significant issue. We found hair everywhere—on the bed, the pillows, and the sofa, including women’s hair in the bed and throughout the home, making it unsuitable for those with pet hair allergies.

The pool was another letdown. It was dirty, had a horrible smell, and lacked proper ventilation. ultimately unusable. Despite contacting the agent and requesting cleaning, no one showed up during our three night stay, and we were left unable to enjoy it.

Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable. There was a cement block underneath it, causing unpleasant sounds whenever we moved, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

We kept the exterior doors open as much as we could and put a fan in that room to try and help but it did not. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. I did not let my kids swim! Because that room lacked proper ventilation, there is mold growing above the door in the lower hallway and that door would not close. I would not rent here again!" (4/5)
