• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

- **Anonymous**: "Do. No. Rent. Was filthy when we arrived. Had to wait until 8:51PM to check in rather than 3:00PM. And still was not clean. They simply flipped the dirty sheets, yes I said flipped. And took out trash. Same wrinkles and smells. Had to wash bedding before we could sleep. Bathrooms still had hair in floors and showers. I spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning once we got back to check in. HORRIBLE!! There were roaches. We had to check bags before we left and then emptied again on our porch when we got home and shook out again to avoid bringing roaches home. Supplied AirBNB with pics and videos upon arrival but they still couldn’t help us get another place without roaches. Worst experience yet traveling. Will not use AirBNB again. We will go back to VRBO. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!" (2/5)
