• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

Reached out on Saturday and was told that they had the apartment rented last minute but when o checked  the listing for the next several days, it had not been booked. I feel as if we had to check out at regular time based on false statements. I would have paid a full night to stay later. I am confused as to why i was not given that option to check out late with that fee. The townhome is beautiful, but they were glue dots everywhere inside and outside making the place messy.  Those really need to be addressed. The walls are scuffed and pretty dirty everywhere. The kitchen was not well stocked, no scissors and other things that are basic needs. Overall place was nice enough. Will not rent again due to lack of human interaction issues and late checkout. Honest communication is key." (6/5)
