Escape to Champagne & Powder, where sweeping views of Pineview Reservoir, the historic Jensen Flower Farm, and the surrounding mountains set the scene for your stay. Ideally located near year-round outdoor recreation, this retreat strikes the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, with additional sleeping space available on the deep, oversized couches. Soaring 10-foot ceilings, exposed beams, and an open-concept layout create a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The entire guest rental is located on one level, with all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces conveniently accessible without stairs.

Step outside to a walkout patio with stunning views, unwind in the spacious yard, or store your gear in the oversized garage. Just minutes from Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley, the home is also located within the gated Edgewater Community, where guests can enjoy pickleball courts, fire pits, picnic areas, and a lakeside walking path along Pineview Reservoir.

After a day of adventure, relax in comfort with Helix mattresses, two oversized jetted soaking tubs, three walk-in showers, hotel-quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail is designed to make your mountain getaway comfortable and relaxing.
