• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.
• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

The WiFi did not work and cell service in the house was not great. We were told to use the neighbor units WiFi, which only worked on the 1st floor. Responses were automated so we were unable to get accurate information due to not speaking with the hosts. The place was spacious and comfortable , but our dishes were still dirty and in the washer upon our arrival, and multiple used tooth picks were found on different floors, so apparently floors were not swept well. The clothes washer was also not working, and we were told it would not be fixed either. 
Overall, a really bad experience for our girls trip. The hosts to this day have not contacted or so much as apologized. Do not recommend this stay." (2/5)
