We had a great stay. Our dog really loved having a fenced in backyard. The house felt cozy but still open and plenty of space for our 2 kids to play. Ryan was super responsive and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay at Ryan's place. It was about a 10 to 15 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. It was spacious and comfy. We did have a few complaints - 1. The tub area was dirty. The shower curtain had grime all on it, what looked like mold where the tile connected to the tub and a big nasty wad of hair and tape found in the drain. 2. There were not enough washcloths for the number of people there. We reported 7 guests (one didnt show). There were two towels and one washcloth on each bed(so 6 towels and 3 washcloths). Luckily, some of the guests brought their own. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. 3. There were only 3 forks in the entire house - only one of which was full sized. The other two were about 4 inches long as if they were from a tea set or something. Finally, we were not told the grass would be cut during our stay so imagine our surprise to see someone walking beside the house into the backyard! One of the landscapers was impatient and border-line rude.
Enjoyed our stay at this home. Ryan was great to work with.
