• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please take your trash to one of the dedicated trash chutes at either end of the hallway.
• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

We initially parked in the garage parking deck which is ran by another company.  They charge each time you leave as a session.  We were not told to get the 50% off rate you had to scan the code in elevator every time you leave.  So every time you leave the garage that is a session.  It adds up if you come and go a lot - so we ended up just parking in the street.  Even that was confusing as there are signs that say only 2 hours Mon-Fri between 8 n 4 but girl in office told me to just ignore the signs and was perfectly ok to park in street in front of building.  Next day I was told not necessarily so - luckily we did not get any tickets or anything but just feel like the parking is a bit confusing - just make sure you scan the code in elevator every time you leave if parking in garage. Also the PAC Man nor record player worked🙁" (10/5)
