July 4th weekend is a pretty interesting time in Nashville but this AirBnB made it very easy. Pros: Three bedrooms all with queen beds 3 extra beds (bunk bed types) Easy check in and check out. Gym was adequate for a quick workout (dumbbells and cardio) Plenty of Room for the 4 of us A/C was great Very responsive host Limited Parking (free) on the street Cons: If you didn't get a spot on the street, parking is available in the "garage" but it is very expensive. Please note by "garage" it means covered. There is no gate or any security within view, so it's just additional parking for a large fee. Location was ok - about 20-25 minute from Broadway so be aware in the heat. Overall, I'd stay here again if I was with a group. The price wasn't "inexpensive" but for five people it was cheaper than getting three hotel rooms for the holiday weekend.

Beautiful apartment with the perfect amount of space for our group. Very comfortable and relaxing after a night downtown. We loved that it is walkable to Broadway and other attractions, or a cheap Uber ride.

We’ve stayed here before and overall had another good stay. The condo is clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and in a great location for getting downtown quickly. The building also feels very safe and secure, which we appreciate. Overall, we’d consider staying again.
