• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We opened all of the windows as the day was unseasonably warm for December and it quickly aired out.  It got colder that evening and the fireplace wouldn’t work so I contacted Meagan who was extremely responsive and very friendly.  She had someone come over and fix it right away which we really appreciated and enjoyed the rest of our stay!  Thankyou for helping us make memories for our family for  Christmas 2025." (10/5)
