My experience was horrible and did not meet basic cleanliness, safety, or hospitality standards. Upon arrival, the outside of the property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was debris scattered around the area and garbage left behind on property from previous tenants, which immediately raised concerns about sanitation. Additionally, the staircase frame was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. Inside the property, both sinks were leaking, which was very inconvenient and showed a lack of maintenance. Even more concerning, the cabins were infested with ladybugs throughout both units. There was also a dead insect (or something) found on the bedsheet, the bedsheets themselves were visibly unsanitary. These conditions made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention check in instructions were not clear with 2 different check in codes but it was really just one needed. The 2 minute drive up to the cabin was VERY STEEP which is not mentioned on the description of the cabin(scary)
Beautiful views of the mountains! The host communicated very well with me on the issues we had with cleanliness( dust, dirt on the floors, carpets not vacuumed, mold in fridge caused by food/ drinks being spilled in cracks, hair in the downstairs bathroom, beer bottles and trash in fire pit, random trash in yard, old panties stuffed beside the dryer, pool table was covered in dust and white stains), appliance not working correctly( stove screen flickers, dishwasher doesn’t work and hard to open. Fridge was in the way to properly open the dishwasher. Dryer heats up but does not dry clothes, kitchen sink and shower heads are not secured), and furniture broken( upstairs king bed broke, guest house bathroom door does not shut, back deck on guesthouse not safe to walk on, wooden steps coming up sun room steps are iffy. When I read the past reviews I was hoping they had fixed these issues. I gave the property a chance but nothing has changed. Very sad because this could be a great Airbnb!
