The house it's self was great with plenty of places for 16 adults to park, sleep, and play in the lake. The problem is that the place should have been cleaner but we arrived Friday evening and left Sunday morning, I wasn't going to waste our precious hours together trying to have the place cleaned. Another thing is that the kayaks are inflatable, not what is pictured, and the floating mat is ripped to shreds. All of this and life jackets are in a storage area under the house along with loose pieces of insulation. The area is very gross and stinky. The paddle boat was full of water. I was told by the host to dump it! That was not possible. This home appears as if someone loved and took care of it at some point but not recently. The chairs for the tables inside and outside are not in good condition some of the legs are bent and we were afraid to sit in them. I would recommend getting a large dining table because there isn't any place for 16 people to sit and eat.
This place is very cute and cozy! Lots of room and fun things to do
Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including rodent activity, problems with the AC, dirty dishes, and amenities that were not functioning as advertised. The host was responsive and attempted to address concerns, which we appreciated, but the issues significantly affected our experience.
