• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

In saying that, the Airbnb was very affordable and I would def stay again if I'm on a budget. Beds were VERY comfortable and linens were clean. The only complain is the pictures are not quite what the place actually is. The table on the deck was broke and screwed together and not even. The outside couch was ripped and in rough shape. There was a lot for dust on things and the cabinets had some splatter stains on them. The drawers with the silverware was dirty so we had to re-wash them. Walls also had stains on them; in saying that, we still enjoyed our stay. We just tried not to think of it too much. it could really use a deep clean. If I would have paid more for our stay I would not rate as high. Not the cleanest airbnb but place is like new and is a beautiful spot with a view of the city. Great for a group who want to have fun on a budget. Bed were clean and that to me is important." (8/5)
