• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: At checkout, kindly take out the trash and place it in the cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

The space had plenty of room for our family to stay while visiting my step-dad in a nearby hospital. The only drawbacks were related to housekeeping, lake of kitchen linens, refrigerator door was wonky and the smoke alarm kept beeping when we arrived. Meagan was more than responsive on these issues and offered to remedy them right away. Overall, a good place to stay for families or large groups and a quick Uber to downtown.  Thanks again!" (8/5)
