• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.
• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.
• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location on the lake was perfect for our young kids. There was very little boat traffic while we were there which made it so easy for the kids to get out into the water and play. The house was so well stocked, basically anything we could think of was included. As a group of 11 the house had plenty of space and things to do to satisfy all of us!
We found this to be a better value than other places we’ve stayed in the lake with a large group. It was more charming and much more accommodating with five star amenities.
We loved our stay at the Bluebird Sanctuary! The home was very clean and the decor was perfect for our family, with encouraging scriptures in every room! The home is situated on on a beautiful lot on a dead end street, so very private! The owner added several touches that made us feel so welcome -- she provided firewood, S'mores supplies, coffee/pods and hot drink mixes, and there were plenty of life jackets of all sizes for using with the 7 kayaks & 2 paddleboards. Even a paddleboat, which was unexpected. Plenty of beach towels too. The kitchens (2 of them) were well-stocked with dishware, flatware, and small appliances - a crockpot, Ninja blender, large stock pots and other pots/pans, a duel coffee maker/Keurig, and everything you need for grilling. The game room had a ping pong table, air hockey, table shuffleboard, bumper pool, Pac-man game, and tons of board games to enjoy! We had 1 plumbing issue, but the management company responded immediately to resolve it! We will be back!
