• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please do not leave trash or food outside the cabin, as local wildlife may rummage through it. We provide a custom-built, locked wooden bear-proof box for all trash. The boxes are located in the driveway and should be kept against the house or the fence.
• Pets: We accept up to 2 dogs with a $150 flat rate fee that we exchange the week of your arrival!
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.
